Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At 1stcopyshoe.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium footwear
purchase. We understand that buying shoes online can sometimes lead to sizing issues.
Therefore, we offer a straightforward exchange policy, primarily focused on size replacements.
Exchange Policy (Size Issues)
We gladly accept exchanges if the shoe size you received does not fit properly.
● Timeframe: You must initiate an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
● Condition of Item: To be eligible for an exchange, the shoes must be unused, unworn,
unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them. They must be in
the original packaging with all tags attached. Any signs of wear, scuffs on the soles, or
missing packaging will result in the rejection of the exchange request.
● Process: To initiate a size exchange, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or
Email (provide details below) with your Order ID and the new size required.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products (premium replicas), our standard policy is strictly No Refunds,
Only Exchanges.
However, we make exceptions for returns and refunds ONLY under the following circumstances:
● Defective or Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is visibly damaged, torn, or
has a significant manufacturing defect upon arrival.
● Wrong Item Received: If we mistakenly send you a completely different shoe model or
color than what you ordered.
To claim a refund/return for damaged/wrong items:
Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record a clear, uncut unboxing video from the
moment you open the courier package. This video is mandatory proof to process any
claim for damaged or wrong items.
Reporting Time: You must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing
video and clear photos of the issue.
Resolution: Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. Upon
receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your
original payment method (or bank account for COD orders).
Non-Returnable Items
● Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
● Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
● Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
